Research Analyst - Clinical Research - Remote

Job Responsibilities

• Support research committees by organizing virtual and in-person meetings, preparing agendas, materials, meeting minutes, and action items.
• Monitor and track study data collection, review data, and prepare data quality reports.
• Manage the study website, update content, and respond to queries from external investigators and NIH clients.
• Coordinate administrative and scientific review of proposals and track publications pipeline.
• Prepare documents and power points, draft reports, and manage IRB submissions for multiple sites.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or public health.
• Minimum of 2 years of job experience in clinical/scientific research.

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate or masters level course work in genetics.
• Master’s degree in biological sciences or public health.
• Familiarity with genomics concepts and omics data.
• Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms, e.g., Zoom, MS Teams.

Other Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational and time management ability.
