Whom we are looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional collaborative Research Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Qualifications:

• Independent, confident, and detail-oriented.
• Comfort acting in a client-facing role, with the potential to present to external parties.
• Experience with PowerBI, Looker, A/B test design, and quantitative and qualitative data.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in research and reporting, ad measurement in advertising, technology, or marketing.
• Ability to work autonomously, taking a vague task and leading it through to completion
• Experience in advertising measurement, and media tech; ability and eagerness to learn quickly
• Data visualization, Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.)
• Creative problem solver and self-starter who can lead initiatives within the company and across external strategic partner organizations
• Strong communication skills and capacity to translate data into a meaningful story
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
