Research Assistant-Healthcare Data (Remote) ($48000.00 - $58000.00 / Year)

Employer is seeking positive individuals with a strong work ethic and customer service experience to assist mortgage customers with various account inquiries and provide excellent service. This is an on-site, entry-level position with flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
• Accurately document call resolution in appropriate systems
• Provide courteous, timely, and professional customer service to mortgage customers
• Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues, escalating when necessary

Qualifications

• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to forty (40) pounds
• Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate good judgement when making decisions
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task while speaking to customers
