Day-to-Day

A large global retailer, headquartered in Northwest Arkansas is looking to expand their Energy Resilience night team. Team members are responsible for responding to Emergency and Non-Emergency Utility Outages. He/She will work closely with 3rd Party Vendors to coordinate timely responses that follow predetermined protocol and will also employ multiple contact channels as appropriate. This group dispatches multiple resources, in addition to partnering with internal HVAC and refrigeration teams. Team members have to communicate progress and information in a concise and organized manner to create accurate timely responses. Candidates must be self-sufficient, adaptable and quick learning.
