Remote Business Assistant Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Post relevant content and company updates online, and manage other team members as required.
• Liaise professionally and effectively with clients and potential vendors via phone, email, and video calls.
• Utilize strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high standard of work while meeting deadlines.
• Assist in onboarding new business and managing a team, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing success.
• Manage and organize business affairs, including client relationships, project timelines, and vendor communications.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a remote environment.
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Experience or understanding of SEO and AI is a plus but not a necessity.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using various online platforms and tools for collaboration and communication.

Working Hours:

• This is a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM PST.
