Regional Vice President Of Operations

Pay: $150,000-$175,000/year with equity eligibility

Bonus Target: 20% of base pay, annual

Fairway Lawns is seeking Regional Vice-President of Operations, for Florida, who will oversee Lawn Care, Pest Control, and Irrigation Services with an emphasis on financial responsibility, manager support, and customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for planning and implementing strategic initiatives, maximizing operational efficiencies, and collaborating with other members of the leadership team to accomplish goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive operational efficiency, focusing on improving KPIs

Forecast, oversee, and manage location budgets and Cap Ex

Oversee district managers in executing objectives set by the leadership team

Develop and maintain industry relationships

Oversee development of new processes and use of technology to maximize productivity

Forecast and oversee employee development and future employment planning

Oversee compliance and adherence to legal and company policies

Maximize the customer experience with a focus on retention

Ensure reporting structure is followed: branch manager to district manager to RVP to CCO

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or 8+ years related experience required

Industry experience preferred, not required

Proven history of KPI improvement required

Experience managing and developing budgets for multiple locations required

Experience working with technology, including Microsoft applications, required

Strong ability to remain organized, multitask, and deliver results in a timely manner

Must be passionate about Fairway Lawns mission and able to promote and communicate the philosophy, mission, and values to external and internal stakeholders

Must be a strong relationship builder and communicator with experience leading diverse work teams, engaging company partners and partnering with the senior leadership team
