When you join Beyond, you’ll be a W2 employee with full benefits and flexible work-life balance. Division Directors have five ways to earn: base compensation, residuals, signing bonus overrides, portfolio equity, and performance bonuses.


The Role:


  • You will lead a team of Business Advocates and Team Leads that are responsible for providing small to mid-sized businesses with our suite of business tools: payment processing, payroll and HR, business capital, e-commerce tools, and more. You will report to your regional Vice President—Brian Bernabe.

The Ideal Candidate:


  • Tried and true sales leader with a proven track record of building top tier sales teams
  • Desire to excel and grow within the organization
  • 2+ years of experience in payment processing, point of sale, or payroll sales are preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to solve problems with creative solutions to sales challenges
  • Proven sales professional, 5+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of the company’s products, services, and business operations
  • Advanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Multilingual candidates are a plus


The Responsibilities:


  • Be a strong leader and mentor within our organization
  • Implement a team strategy to exceed sales and recruiting goals
  • Be a subject matter expert for your sales team and clients in all areas of merchant services
  • Partnership management with owners of banks, associations, VAR’s and CPA’s
  • Organize your day and week around competing demands
  • Work closely with your team on prospecting, training, and development
  • Grow your team through outbound recruiting and interviewing
  • Drive revenue growth by onboarding and training a team of highly motivated Business Advocates and Team Leads.
  • Serve as local sales manager of designated areas within division
  • Accurately track and record activities in Salesforce
  • Learn and understand all statements, hardware, software, and reporting offered by Beyond
  • Source for top notch sales professionals via social media
  • Deliver solution-driven presentations to business partners
