Regional Sales Manager - HVAC/BMS Channel Partners

$125k - $135k + 200k OTE

As I continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
: As a Regional Sales Manager for HVAC/BMS Channel Partners, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our channel partners in the designated region. You will work closely with our partners to understand their business needs, provide technical support, and offer comprehensive product knowledge to maximize their sales potential. Your role will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events to support channel partner sales efforts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for product development and market positioning.
- Provide technical guidance and product training to channel partners to enhance their knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Effectively manage and forecast sales pipelines, provide accurate sales forecasts, and report on key metrics to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, and actively seek new partnerships to expand the company's reach.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the HVAC/BMS market through channel partners.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to analyze performance, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with channel partners to identify sales opportunities, understand their requirements, and provide customized solutions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proven track record of success in sales management within the HVAC/BMS industry, preferably in channel partner management.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region as required.
- Strong understanding of HVAC/BMS products, systems, and solutions.
