About the Job
We are seeking a self-motiving, energetic individual who is obsessed with customer service. The Regional Sales Assistant works directly with our customers and sales team. They are responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries over the phone and by email. A key part of the position is to drive adoption of our software platform, client retention, and proactively engaging with customers.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM – 4:15PM
Saturdays may be required from time to time. Ability to flex schedule to accommodate meetings and to provide coverage until 6PM will be required.
Responsibilities
Drive the adoption of the software platform by educating and training customers how to run account information online.
Focus on client retention and engage customers that may be at risk of churn.
Provide a professional, productive, and positive relationship with assigned regional team, sales managers and clients and work collaboratively with the Regional Sales Managers for account review acting as the client’s advocate.
Prepare and complete quote worksheets, letters and update purchase order numbers and account renewals.
Provide a single point of contact for account updates to include inquiries changes, credit/debit memos, price adjustments, corrections and renewals and ensure all commitments to clients are met in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
Create, set-up and lead new client accounts
Conduct customer training on web-based applications
Collaborate with CEC leadership to identify, implement, and support key initiatives to drive exceptional performance, increase job knowledge and increase revenue.
Proactively use all available required tools and resources that enable the incident tracking system to monitor and trend to optimally resolve inquiries and see opportunities to improve business.
Organized and able to maintain neat, accurate and complete records and files.
Possess strong customer orientation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experienced working in high performance teams and a strong teammate.
Customer Service experience required.
Agresso knowledge.
Exceptional relationship building skills working with other Customer Service Representatives, Sales professionals, various internal departments, senior management, and customers is required.
Obtain a thorough technical knowledge of all product lines, reporting systems, manufacturing processes and laboratory functions.
