We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Product Operations Associate to join our dynamic startup. This individual will report directly to the Head of Product and will play a crucial role in driving our product's success by coordinating various functions such as marketing, sales, outreach, product management, and customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, requirements gathering, implementation, and launch of new product features.
• Adapt to changing needs of the startup and be ready to take on tasks outside of the job description.
• Contribute to the development and execution of outreach programs.
• Monitor systems and product performance, identifying areas of improvement.
• Help create and implement marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Support sales team efforts and contribute to achieving sales goals.
• Foster and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other team members.
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure a seamless support experience.
• Aid in all stages of the product lifecycle from inception to market release.
• Conduct product demonstrations and onboard new clients.

Requirements

• Demonstrable problem-solving, analytical abilities, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of tech industry trends and digital tools.
• Exceptional resilience, willing to take on challenges and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
• While not required, a background in programming or an understanding of coding concepts will be considered a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a huge plus.
• Self-motivated with a deep curiosity and a passion for learning. A propensity for self-teaching new skills and concepts is a must.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1 to 3 years of experience working as a Product Manager for a startup in the SaaS industry.
