Job Description

Our team creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company’s premier vacation brands including Disney’s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club.


We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including MyDisneyExperience and Hey, Disney!


This role sits within Technology & Digital for Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products located in Florida.


The Product Manager will report to the Manager, Technology.


What You’ll Do


The Disney Parks, Experiences and Products - Technology & Digital organization is looking for a Product Manager to focus on critical initiatives within the Domestic Parks & Resorts portfolio. Together we will build vision and scope, identify costs, and analyze market trends to drive transformative solutions. Initially, we will focus on the Walt Disney World Contact Center transformation initiative as well as the company wide implementation of a CRM and personalization engine.


  • Translate concepts and ideas into scope items with clear objectives and priorities
  • Help drive transformational vision as a member of a Product Management team
  • Conduct market research to participate in strategy discussions
  • Write detailed feature requirements


Required Qualifications & Skills


  • The ability to work independently as a self-starter
  • An understanding of Agile development practices
  • Familiarity with utilizing product management methodologies
  • 3+ year of product management experience or similar field
  • Problem solving and analysis skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills


Education


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
