Location: Orlando, Florida, with the option to work remotely.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• User-Centric Design: Advocate for the user by developing deep user insights, defining user personas, and ensuring products are designed to enhance user experience
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to bring products to market and ensure their success
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective launch and go-to-market strategies
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on product development, launches, and post-launch performance
• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate product strategy based on market research, competitive analysis, user feedback, and technological advancements
• Roadmap Development: Create, prioritize, and maintain a dynamic product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive
• Performance Metrics: Define, monitor, and analyze product metrics to inform decisions and measure success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in the technology sector
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage remote teams
