Regional Manager Jobs

Thompson Thrift is seeking a Full-Time Regional Manager to lead, guide, and support our Property Managers for our Midwest & Southeast properties to drive our lease-up activity, maintain operations, increase asset value, and ensure each Thompson Thrift community delivers a high-quality customer experience.

As the Regional Manager, you will work with other Regional Managers and the VP-Community Management in the planning, budgeting, goal-setting, and execution of property management best practices. Your mission is to ensure that Thompson Thrift communities are in high demand and always provide residents access to exceptional amenities within the comforts of our luxurious communities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for achieving leasing, management, and administrative goals as directed by the Vice President of Community Management
• Work with Thompson Thrift Residential to successfully turn over new construction to Community Management
• Work with the Thompson Thrift team, and specifically the Resident Experience Director, in designing the clubhouse, community, and amenities for future projects
• Act in the owner’s best interest regarding leasing, coaching, and managing the on-site team
• Coach, lead, develop, and motivate on-site staff to maximize production
• Work with the Thompson Thrift Marketing Coordinator and Property Manager in the opening of the clubhouse and community lease up

Additional Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate initiative, personal awareness, professionalism, integrity, personal appearance, and exercise confidentiality in all areas of performance
• Make and implement operational decisions that achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction
• Maintain constant knowledge of market conditions, competition, and community activities to maximize rents and occupancy levels to achieve high demand for all Thompson Thrift properties
• Coordinate with other Regional Managers to develop, implement and manage practices and policies that deliver a consistent and high-quality team member and customer experience

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years experience in multi-family property management required.
• Previous experience overseeing multiple multi-family properties
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid Driver's License required
• Ability to travel up to 75%

Education/ Certifications:

• CAM preferred
• CPM preferred
• College degree preferred
• High school diploma/ GED equivalent required
