Our Company’s technology enables physicians to provide advanced solutions for a broad range of medical aesthetic applications including improving the skin’s appearance through the treatment of acne, superficial benign vascular and pigmented lesions, hair removal, improvement in skin laxity and wrinkles, and body contouring and sculpting


Territory Overview And Travel Requirements


  • Reside in or near: a Major Airport (Tampa, Orlando, Miami, Atlanta)
  • Travel 60-70%
  • Territory boundaries: Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, South Carolina and Florida


Compensation


Cutera expects to reasonably pay in the range listed below for this position based on the city and state listed in the job posting:


  • Other incentive opportunities are also available.
  • Monthly Auto Allowance of $650.00 (paid with regular payroll)
  • Uncapped Incentive Compensation potential is $27,500 at plan (paid Quarterly)
  • Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $160,000 annually (paid twice a month, 15th and last day)


The actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, and candidate residence if the position is remote or field-based.



The Regional Manager – Key Accounts is responsible for leading the activities of the field-based Key Account Management team. This sales leader implements regional selling strategies, ensures sales and marketing plan execution, and coaches team members to drive sales revenue through sales, increased device utilization, and new opportunities. This individual will have high accountability for achieving the regional sales quotas and objectives.


Roles And Responsibilities


  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism at all times.
  • Drive organizational and cultural changes needed to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Vice President of Key Accounts on all matters related to the region, including accurate forecasting.
  • Develop realistic goals and action plans for the Key Account Managers and the Region
  • Manage all aspects of the assigned region, including but not limited to recruiting, training, developing, coaching, counseling, leading, motivating, and maintaining the employees’ morale in the area.
  • Partner with key customers to gain commitment to products, services, and solutions.
  • Lead team to achieve or exceed sales, utilization, and lead generation objectives in the designated sales territory.
  • Lead a team responsible for changing the standard of care.
  • Hire, develop, motivate, and retain talented sales professionals.


Qualifications


Education and Experience:


Education


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


Experience


  • Proven ability to attract, motivate, engage, and retain diverse, high-performing sales professionals.
  • 4-6 years of demonstrated success selling medical products or services to physicians and/or other health care providers is preferred. Preference for direct experience with the plastic surgeon, dermatology, and aesthetic market.
  • 3+ year’s successful sales management experience in the aesthetic consumable, cosmeceutical, medical device industry or similar B2B model is preferable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels of employees.
  • Proven success in a dynamic sales leadership role, especially during a new product launch
  • Proven ability to provide and lead a team with a high level of customer service and practice support in integrating and utilizing novel products and procedures in the medical space.
  • A passion for connecting customers to life-changing opportunities for themselves and their patients.
  • High integrity and honesty in all dealings with customers and colleagues.
  • A dedicated work ethic is required for the high level of activity and intensity needed in a growing market.
  • Positive Attitude and ability to lead a team in the face of ambiguity.


Requirements


  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to use word processing, database applications, and various software programs such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel adequately to cover the region, including multi-overnight stays, attend tradeshows, and corporate and training meetings; up to 70%.
