Job Description
Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to join us! This role will report into the Head of People Operations.


At Vanta, Talent Acquisition is critical as we aim to bring in high caliber talent in a timely manner in order to support the company’s ability to deliver on its ambitious mission and goals. As the Talent Acquisition Ops Lead, you will be tasked with ensuring the team has the operational structure, data-driven insights and programmatic/training support to succeed in recruiting top talent for Vanta quickly and efficiently. In practice, you will take on ownership of all recruiting tools, operations, and analytics, including optimizing our existing tech-stack, designing new processes to drive efficiency and building out reporting to inform team strategy.


What you’ll do as a Recruiting Operations Lead at Vanta:


  • Create new workflows and iterate upon existing processes to drive efficiency across the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Own and maintain all headcount planning, tracking and forecasting in partnership with Vanta’s Strategic Finance team.
  • Enable the Recruiting team by designing and delivering programs and training in support of high performance across the function.
  • Manage and improve upon our current recruiting tech stack by identifying opportunities for optimization and ease of use/administration.
  • Design and deliver all recruiting reporting to “tell a story” with data and identify analytics-driven actions to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership.
How to be successful in this role:


  • Demonstrate a proven track record as undeterrable systems-thinker; architecting and constantly improving how we leverage recruiting tools (e.g. applicant tracking systems, scheduling and sourcing tools).
  • Be comfortable context switching (e.g. not losing momentum when moving from high-level team strategy work to auditing for data integrity).
  • Thrive in ambiguity while still succeed in setting operational direction and strategy
  • Have an established background in recruiting including establishing processes and programs that enable a lean recruiting team to operate efficiently.
  • Be adept at analyzing data in excel, building dashboards and data visualizations to help drive positive action and change within the team.


Pay Range: $119,000 - $140,000; If you are offered the position, your offer amount will be based on your experience.
