- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams locally and globally to build employment brand, compensation strategies, and onboarding.

- Provide talent advising and recruiting support to the Ford Pro organization.
- Build pipelines of talent for future business needs.
- Support full cycle recruiting applying ingenuity and strong sourcing capabilities to identify top talent.
- Lead with data and build routines with leaders to review talent acquisition trends by tracking talent trends internally and externally in the market.
- Develop sourcing strategies and work with hiring teams to engage and motivate teams to build an “always on” hiring culture.
- Strong resilience and ability to be flexible and shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to attract passive candidates
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle Recruiting Cloud, a plus!)
- Flexible and resilient in fast-changing situations
- 5+ years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
- Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
