Recruiting Manager

Our client, a global financial services company, is looking for a Recruiting Manager to join their NYC team. In this role, the Recruiting manager should understand the full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and building relationships with prospects, to attracting, interviewing, and retaining employees. Ultimately, it is the resposibility of the Recruiting Manager to maintain a robust pipeline of talent and to drive seamless integration of employees into the company's dynamic culture. Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tech recruiting experience working with VC firms, strognly preferred
• Ability to manage strategy and execution for tech related roles

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $220,000.

*Compensation commensurate with experience.
