Focusing on mental health and based out of Lynbrook, New York, Curect Neuropsychology is the leading practice specializing in neuropsychological evaluations and psychotherapy and we want you to join our team! If you have a strong commitment to mental wellness in adult and adolescent patients, couples, and families then this is the opportunity you have been waiting for. Our state of the art Mental Health team offer In-person and Telehealth services, making it convenient for the patients to have access to clinical care no matter where they are. Our services include adult and pediatric neuropsychological and psychological evaluations as well as individual, couples, and family psychotherapy.
- Maintain front desk office equipment.
- Ensuring that the front desk and office areas are kept clean and organized.
- Oversees processing and maintaining of patient records.
- Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.
- Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.
- Coordinates with other department heads to ensure smooth business flow.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Patient Intake and Information.
- Participates in the development and implementation of operating policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of HIPAA, State and Federal guidelines/regulations.
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating
- Tending to client complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service.
- Reports to Director daily for overview of the day and to address any pressing matters that arise.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining
- Good understanding of procedures and practices in the industry.
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and independently
- Enthusiasm for a challenge
- MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work successfully with a variety of personalities
- High degree of integrity and maturity
- Knowledge of Federal and State guidelines for healthcare entities
