Focusing on mental health and based out of Lynbrook, New York, Curect Neuropsychology is the leading practice specializing in neuropsychological evaluations and psychotherapy and we want you to join our team! Under the general supervision of the Director of Patient Intakes and Information, the office manager oversees the


overall functions of the company office to ensure maximization of patient satisfaction and department


needs/goals. The Office Manager creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis for all


staff members and patients.


  • Maintain front desk office equipment.
  • Ensuring that the front desk and office areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Oversees processing and maintaining of patient records.
  • Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.
  • Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.
  • Coordinates with other department heads to ensure smooth business flow.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Patient Intake and Information.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of operating policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of HIPAA, State and Federal guidelines/regulations.
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating
  • Tending to client complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Reports to Director daily for overview of the day and to address any pressing matters that arise.
