Recruiter-Full Desk-(Commission Only)

THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY/INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION
This is a great role for supplemental income (gain commissions part time or full time while working another job)
What you’ll do:
- Source for prospective clients, host contract calls and close contracts with new clients
- Manage accounts of new clients for a direct placement recruiting firm
- Host Discovery Calls (work with the clients to go over what positions are going to be worked on) with clients
- Work with 3rd party RPO companies to find candidates to place with clients and align on qualifications
- Conduct second screen with candidates to ensure they are a good fit for clients’ open roles
- Provide updates, weekly, to clients on where we stand in the recruitment process
What you’ll get:
- 2% of gross revenue, given to the recruiting firm by clients, for every position filled based off of contracts you close
- 15% of gross revenue, given to the recruiting firm by clients, for every position filled (you may not have to spend time sourcing candidates - the RPO companies would support on this end)
- 50% of gross revenue, given to the recruiting firms by clients, for positions where you have sourced and screened the candidates hired by a client.
