Marketing Freelancer (Commission Only)

The arrangement is 25% commission on sales for high ticket coaching and 10% for group coaching sales (per person signed up).

Job Overview:

The Wandering Coach Limited focuses on empowering ambitious professionals to conquer procrastination, minimize stress, and take massive action toward their goals within a focused 90-day bespoke program.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic self-employed marketing freelancer to promote our high ticket coaching services. As a marketing freelancer, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales for our coaching programs. You will work independently to create and implement effective marketing strategies, promote our coaching services to potential clients, and help them understand the value of our coaching programs.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage advertising campaigns (further down the line) to attract potential clients to our coaching programs.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide them with the necessary information to make informed decisions.
• Attend networking events and other relevant industry events to promote our coaching programs.
• Use social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels to reach potential clients through well-written posts.
• Collaborate with the coaching team to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
• Follow up with potential clients and lead them to a discovery call where we can aim to close the sale.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and promote our high ticket coaching programs.

Compensation:

• Work remotely from anywhere and any timezone.
• 25% of sales for high ticket coaching services, and 10% of sales for each person signed up to a group coaching program (ideal for business employees).
• Work any hours or days you want, weave it around other work. There are no KPI targets at this time. You get out of this what you put in.
• This is ideal for stay-at-home parents, remote workers, experienced marketers/sales people.
• We may also provide performance-based bonuses at our discretion.

Requirements:

• Lead people to a free discovery session with me and ensure you keep a record of anyone you put forward.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Previous experience in marketing and sales one year or more is preferred.
• A strong network and the ability to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
• No hard selling, build relationships, be honest with people and if they say no do not push.
• Passion for personal and professional development, and an understanding of the value of coaching.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to create persuasive marketing messages.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
