Purpose:

•Assist the quality assurance team with day to day activities and improvement projects

Responsibilities:

·Shop order review for aerospace contracts

·Internal / external customer service

·Defective raw material resolutions

·Respond to customer requests for QA system information

·Processing customer returns

·First article inspection reports

Projects:

·Process flow improvements

·Creating inspection files/criteria for an advanced vision system

·Capability studies for all processing centers

·Inventory management / traceability improvement

·Wireless inspection process

·Analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability

·Capable of organizing, prioritizing, and planning

·Strong verbal and written communication

·Proficient with MS Office – Excel, PPT and Word
