About the team

Our Auto Finance team provides development, production, client experience and operational support to several Automotive lending clients. You will work on a client focused team providing defect & enhancement support for our Auto Finance lending application working closely with our client teams.

An exciting time for our team as over the next several years, we will be transitioning from a mainframe-based Auto Finance lending application to a server-based Asset Finance lending application.

What you will be doing

• Presenting technical solutions to the client in a non-technical, business focused method.
• Writing technical specifications, business requirements documents and other forms of documentation.
• Monitoring staff performance. Working with employees to implement goals and documenting progress. Working with The People Office on employee related issues.
• Providing application software development support in a defined project.
• Developing and executing testing scenarios and tests application components.
• Willing to travel 5%, or as needed.
• Provides leadership for a team of Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring.
• Interpreting client needs and documenting business requirements and identifying solutions to non-standard tasks/queries.
• Participate in the direction of the client relationship.

What you will need

• A bachelor’s degree in information systems, finance, accounting or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Experience with lending and the financial services industry.
• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers
• Ability to provide communication on issues or complex information to a wide audience based on knowledge.

Bonus if you have

• Previous people management experience.
• Proficiency in ticket logging software such as JIRA/TeamSupport/CMS etc. is a plus.
• Experience with AutoSuite or ALS
• Functional knowledge of traditional Project Management and Agile methodologies
