Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF 2000 Systems.

Accountable to the Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles.

Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's curriculum in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Materials Management, or similar discipline.

Operations related work experience could include components of production planning, material handling, and/or lean initiatives & process improvement studies.

The student will work on discipline-focused projects and tasks to enhance their collegiate learning experience, while providing meaningful contributions to PFF.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Provide strategic and tactical support to employees in the areas including quality inspection, logistics, production, and/or materials planning.

Contribute to the preparation and execution of key operational projects and tasks.

Strong time management skills with a knack for managing multiple tasks/initiatives simultaneously

Demonstrated success in selling financial or health insurance to small, mid or large size clients.

Understanding of underwriting concepts and risk analysis

Self-motivated with the ability to grow the business and build and maintain relationships

Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with internal business partners, consultants, brokerage firms and/or third-party administrators

·Inventory management / traceability improvement

•Assist the quality assurance team with day to day activities and improvement projects

·Shop order review for aerospace contracts

·Internal / external customer service

·Respond to customer requests for QA system information

·Creating inspection files/criteria for an advanced vision system

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Basic programming knowledge is a plus

Test software applications and create test cases

Identify and track defects and verify fixes

Document QA data and report to lead or management.

Attend internal and external training programs as assigned by management.

Assist in write-up, review, and provide proper documentation for processes or methods as experience allows.

Training other associates as experience and job needs dictate.

Setup computers for new customers: Install Windows, Club Prophet Software, Microsoft SQL, IIS, windows updates, antivirus software,

Put together All-in-One units with pole displays, credit card swipes, receipt printers, scales, and scanners

Schedule and perform software updates/upgrades for customers

Load customer databases and perform software testing

Prior experience designing with CAD and understanding the engineering design process is helpful but not required.

Experience with operating systems and internet browsers on Windows, Mac, iPad, iPhone, Android and Chromebook.

Reporting defects found during testing to the Development Team and validating the fixes to those reported defects.
