Our Client out of Cleveland, OH is an industry leader in the Polymer Seals industry. Offices worldwide and a great reputation in the industry. They are seeking an Quality Engineer/Supervisor for their growing location in Cleveland.

Main tasks

Consulting and support for the Quality team. Quality questions, errors and process analysis, definition of measures, execution, and support by the creation of first prototype test reports.

Responsibilities & Challenges

Recognize and solve systematic weak spots in quality of workflow, products, and processes.

· Cooperation and/or lead of test planning works

· Analysis of weak spots in claim processes for a specific area

· Introduce supplier’s audits due to analysis and special events

· Support suppliers regarding quality of products

· Organization and realization of necessary test planning works

. Consulting by preparation of test instructions in cooperation with engineering, sales, and procurement

· Organization and lead of internal trainings regarding quality management

· Cooperation in national and international projects regarding quality management

· Support of all AS group entities by verification of customers quality management agreements + Support and cooperation with all A+P Business unites.

· Cooperation and support of measures, implementation of work security as well of prevention of accidents in GLC and observation of security guidelines in GLC.

· Lead of audits for customers and suppliers

Network / Relations Cooperation with AS Group entities, customers, and suppliers

Education

Engineer / Technician · Technical further education in direction practical quality management

Experience in quality management · Auditing (intern / extern / processes / products) · Quality System ISO 9001:2015, AS 9100
