Our mission: to eliminate every barrier to mental health.
- Partner with the retraining team to design and disseminate retraining campaigns
- Support the Provider Operations team as we continue to strive for efficiency via process, tools, communication
- Manage the Provider Operations comms calendar
- Partner with the Provider Success team to improve internal processes and build resources to help us efficiently and effectively surprise and delight our providers
- Manage provider education materials in self service platform
- Conduct data analyses on outreach campaigns and implement changes based on outcomes
- Create email templates and quality guides for outbound communications
- Provide writing, editing, and design support for various Provider communications, including product and policy updates, recognition and appreciation campaigns, and various engagement campaigns
- Drive the continuous improvement of the provider support experience by identifying and acting on trends, inspiring trust, and building strong relationships
- Assist in the training and mentorship of new Provider Success team members
- Humility, resourcefulness, empathy, professionalism
- Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to adapt styles for different audiences
- Experience in project management and partnering with cross functional teams
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation
- Experience working with Hubspot or similar email marketing platforms a plus
- High level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated passion for, and understanding of, mental health and the broader U.S. healthcare system
- A thoughtful and collaborative approach to problem solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace, including eagerness to learn and adapt to a changing environment
