Job description
As a Agent Success Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with clients of SOLD.com to reinforce the value proposition of our products. Your day will involve inbound, and outbound calls from agents and brokers and you will be responsible for their overall satisfaction. You will utilize negotiating and problem-solving skills as you find solutions to client requests which may include coaching, best practices, cancellation requests, dispute resolutions. You will engage Real Estate Agents and Brokers who may be active subscribers or showing interest in our advertising products, such as our lead generation subscriptions. You may be required to confirm order details, enter orders, follow-up on orders and more. We’ll look to you to be able to think on your feet, drive our value proposition and propel overall customer success.
In addition, you may coordinate with our Agent Success Team Consultant and leadership teams servicing these accounts. This position is an entry-level role and is an excellent starting point that could lead to bigger and better opportunities in the future.
Daily Responsibilities
- You will handle both inbound calls and emails.
- Assisting with agent retention of paid products
- You will work on the phone talking to clients (both agent and brokers).
- Offer consistent communication and timely resolution for our agents
- Re-build value in SOLD.com solutions for agents requesting to cancel their services
- Meet or exceed a minimum outbound call requirement
- Strategize with agents on best practices
- Meet or exceed minimum goals
Skills Required
- Ability to coach on best practices
- Familiarity with the real-estate landscape required
- High tolerance for engaging with dissatisfied clients
- Trouble-shoot and resolve Client Service issues
- Knowledge of Excel and Google Suite products required

Job Types: Full-time Remote
Salary: $50,000/year + Uncapped commissions
