Position: Property Management Assistant
Hours: Part Time 21hours (Mon-Wed 9a-5p)
Location: Mt Vernon, NY
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr

The Guidance Center of Westchester (TGCW) is an innovative nonprofit agency that provides a wide array of mental health, substance use, and rehabilitative services to children, adolescents, and adults in Southern Westchester.

Through our supported housing department, TGCW provides housing with case management, housing retention, homeless outreach, and other support services to those referred through Westchester County Single Point of Access (SPOA). We work so those with histories of homelessness and mental illness, or substance use disorders can live independently. We locate permanent housing for participants throughout Westchester County and make rent subsidies available through various government-funded programs administered by:

Reporting to the Director of Property Management, the Property Management Assistant will work in concert with the Director of Property Management to handle the administrative side of tenant relations matters while ensuring participants, vendors, and property owners needs are met.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
5 years experience in property management
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel.
