JOB DESCRIPTION
Leads and participates in the development and delivery of the Company’s software training curriculum. Designs, facilitates and evaluates systems training programs for the Company’s team members.
Required capabilities include building relationships, change management, communicating effectively, customer satisfaction, facilitating, managing people, and technical credibility.
Oversees a systems training team with the below responsibilities.
- Provides help desk support by troubleshooting and responding to user training requests and training questions, researching and correcting systems problems, and following up with the end-users to ensure satisfactory resolution of systems-related issues.
- Provides client and customer service by providing reports, demonstrating systems software, and participating in client/owner presentations as needed.
- Evaluates and report on training program effectiveness by developing pre-and post-tests, surveys, and/or other methods and tools to assess learner understanding and encourage engagement.
- Facilitates software training programs by coordinating the registration and set-up process, delivers content via webinar to groups of on-site team members, updates and revises training programs as necessary to ensure the curriculum meets the training needs of the Company. Experience with property management software required. Occasional travel is also required for in-person training, conferences, or department meetings.
- Acts as a performance improvement resource to managers by following up to provide individual coaching and one-on-one training, conducting remedial and refresher training, and suggesting education and training alternatives and options based on specific situations.
- Creates new or revises existing training programs by researching systems and software functionality, authoring participant and facilitator training materials, designing instructions, practice, and other learning activities, and developing other support materials, including PowerPoint presentations, audiovisuals, graphics, job aids, and other documents.
- Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to -
- Reviews Company reports linking training to overall performance and results.

The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
