Position Overview

The Associate Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the bookkeeping for the community as well as assisting with all other areas of property oversight including resident relations, marketing, and overall management. The Associate Community Manager will also be able to act as the Community Manager during the Managers absence.

What You Will Do

  • Complete all necessary financial reporting
  • Responsible for resident bookkeeping
  • Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Complete all property reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
  • Responsible for delinquency follow up and collection
  • Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule
  • Complete other HR related tasks as assigned
  • Assist as needed in marketing and leasing activities
  • Complete special projects as assigned by Property Manager
  • Must be available for overtime when necessary
  • Responsible for ensuring product presentation meet brand and company standards at all times
  • Assist in overseeing staff operations

Ideally, you'll have

  • High School graduate; college degree preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Office Products and Windows and Apple operating systems
  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills
  • 2 years of experience in property management or related fields.
