Job Description
Description:
  • Develop and manage budgets for our properties, ensuring that expenses are in line with revenue and occupancy levels.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and community organizations.
  • Monitor and analyze property performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assisted living community, including proper maintenance and operations in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to provide high-quality services to our residents.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions that are in the best interest of our residents and our company.
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to assisted living or senior housing.
  • 5+ years of experience in property management, with a focus on assisted living or senior housing is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships with residents, families, and community organizations.
  • High school diploma is required.
