This is a full-time position is for a Property Management company. Some maintenance experience is required! Weekly Pay!

Description

A Well Known, Full-Service Property Management Company in Knoxville is in Hiring a Handyman!

This is a full-time, long-term position and a great opportunity to work for a company that's leading in the local real estate market and property management community.

Pay: $19/hr, weekly pay!

Shift: M-F 8:30am-5pm

As a handyman for a property management company, your primary responsibility is to provide general maintenance, repair, and upkeep services for properties under the management of the company.
You will be tasked with ensuring that properties are in good condition, addressing maintenance requests, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Must have own basic handyman tools
  • Proven experience in general maintenance, repair, and handyman tasks required.
  • Some knowledge of various trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and hvac required.
