Project Safety Manager Jobs

• Federal or state mandated drug and alcohol policy, to include collecting and testing
• Conduct safety meetings to reinforce safe work practices, to provide awareness of OSHA

• Ensure training of worksite staff on established safety practices and standards; facilitate

• Manage work-related injury/illness cases, provide first aid, and ensure employees

• Manage and coordinate the corporate drug and alcohol policy, and any applicable

• Create safety reports for the projects, analyze safety metrics and make
• Review all site-specific safety reports, DRAs, JHAs and other required written

• Fulfill all requirements in the project’s safety-related technical provisions.
• Provide safety guidance, mentorship and development of project teams and safety

• Receive proper and timely medical treatment when needed.
• Visit job sites to monitor conformance with Companies’ established safety
• Standards and policies as well as compliance to local, state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

• Must have advanced knowledge of OSHA CFR 1926 standards and other recognized safety regulations and standards such as NIOSH, ANSI, NFPA, U.S. DOT, etc. Road/highway, bridge, and/or related heavy civil construction required.
• CHST, CSP, or equivalent.
