Project Safety Coordinator Jobs

7+ years’ technical project management experience showing increasing levels of responsibility.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Project management experience in the amusement industries

Demonstrated proficiency in project management scheduling methodologies including critical path analysis.

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effectively settle any conflicting requirements between parties.

Manage contractors and sub-contractors as needed for design, fabrication, or installation scopes of work.

Experience in trust & safety project management:

Work closely with cross-functional partners:

Plan and lead content safety projects:

Respond to emergency content safety cases:

Collaborate on internal tool optimization:

Accident reporting including: Claims Management, Case Management,Incident Investigation Documentation & Root Cause Findings.

New Hire Orientation including OSHA Certification, Safety Manual review including Incident Report Forms, Toolbox Topics, Boot Voucher Program, PPE, Tools/Equipment.

OSHA Certifications & Tracking, Weekly Toolbox Topics.

Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including experience with ERP/IT systems – Dynamics AX experience preferred.

Displays strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage priorities, and see projects through to completion.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required Of The Position

Oversees and coordinates capital construction and repair activities through a matrixed organizational oversight view.

Administers both the GC and Owner safety program requirements.

Formal submittal of proof of experience and training must be provided with resume.
