Project Manager II- Remote (PST)

Responsibilities:

• Balance and maintain high level of satisfaction from both internal and external stakeholders
• Work flexible hours as business dictates
• Use existing processes and leverage plans from similar efforts to achieve project outcomes; improve upon existing processes and define new processes necessary to ensure successful execution
• Solve complex escalated problems of a technical or functional nature using in-depth product knowledge
• Consistently plan and manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Provide technical support for OFX-based platform and product issues
• Work closely with Financial Institutions and Technology Providers to deliver OFX based initiatives for the OFX Connectivity Group from project initiation through production deployment.

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Highly organized
• Demonstrates accurate and logical problem solving
• Strong knowledge of OFX and utilizations of OFX within Intuit products and financial management industry
• 5+ years of experience using/supporting OFX and aggregation based products (Quicken Windows/Mac, QuickBooks Windows/Mac, Mint, QuickBooks Online) including all aspects of online banking and investments
• Ability to understand scope and constraints within project management; can translate scope into schedules and requirements
• Monitors known active project risks, checks for risk triggers and alerts management that contingency plans need to be executed
• Strong experience using MS project software and Google Workspace
• Conveys highly technical constructs to non-technical people
• General understanding of networking, connectivity, logical server architecture and end-to-end data flows
• Technically capable of analyzing error and system logs (OFX logs and connectivity logs) to diagnose issues
• Strong understanding of general banking/investment industries
• Assertive and communicative, as much when things are going poorly as when they are going well both verbally and written in a tailored manner to suit audience

Computer Skills:

• Exhibits a high level of knowledge in relevant operating system and software environments
• General understanding of networking and connectivity in the relevant environment

Required Education and Experience:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a target date of when this would be obtained
• BA/BS degree in a related area or equivalent project management experience
• Proven experience in managing projects of a comple
• Completed and/or taking formal training in Project Management
