About Our Client
Are you a skilled and experienced project manager looking for a new opportunity with a leading national general contractor? Our company is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.

  • Conducting safety and quality control inspections
  • Establishing contractual requirements to manage quality standards
  • Upholding project standards and ensures specifications are met
  • You will be directing the team and their activities relating to Commercial projects
  • Collaborating with team to define construction requirements

The Successful Applicant
  • Experience leading large-scale, ground-up projects of $25-60M+ in commercial markets, including High-Rise, Multifamily, and Hospitality
  • Interpret contract documents, specifications, and project schedules
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint
