Position Summary

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of tasks and projects in a wide variety of fields. You will be in direct contact with company executives and high-profile clients. In this position you will be responsible for the creation, organization, execution and completion of specific projects.

This includes managing relevant tasks, setting deadlines, communicating with company executives about the current state of projects, ensuring projects stay on track, quality-checking work that is done, and adjusting the strategy if necessary to meet requirements. You'll be able to learn more about the industry, work with company founders, streamline work processes and help drive the team to the top.

Responsibilities

• Potentially oversee a brand launch process, coordinating efforts across departments to ensure a successful and impactful launch.
• Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional collaboration among departments, including Marketing, Content, Community, Automations, and Sales.
• Hands-on project management, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain a clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics, driving the team towards achieving these goals.
• Play a crucial role in executing launch events, working with company strategic direction and overseeing the smooth event operations.
• Schedule and assign tasks to team members, track progress, and address any potential roadblocks.
• Serve as a primary project manager, coordinating various company initiatives related to course launches and brand development.
• Conduct and lead regular meetings to review project status, identify challenges, and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in overseeing and executing launch plans, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
• Work at the business development department, with assistance from the Director of Business Development, to grow understanding of course offerings, target audience, and strategic goals.
• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure all required resources and materials are ordered and prepared for launch events.
