Project Portfolio Manager Jobs

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in Portfolio Management to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing moderately complex processes within our line of business. Your expertise in process methodologies and project management will be instrumental in driving efficiency, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

1 Process Design and Execution:

• Utilize process tools and methodologies, such as value stream mapping, to ensure clear end-to-end visibility of expected business outcomes.
• Implement process measures, controls, and industry standards to optimize customer experience and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify alternative solutions and address challenges.
• Design and define business outcomes for moderately complex processes within our line of business.

2 Process Maintenance and Optimization:

• Analyze data to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate processes, running metrics to ensure performance meets expectations.
• Implement function-level process improvements using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and value stream mapping.

3 Process Governance:

• Execute end-to-end governance for moderately complex processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

4 Process Risk Management:

• Mitigate risks throughout the process lifecycle, from design to evaluation.
• Share risk information and best practices with the team.

5 Supplier Governance:

• Oversee supplier processes and performance for outsourced work on behalf of the company.
• Standardize supplier processes and analyze their performance.

Requirements:

• OR Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with 2+ years of experience in process management, process execution, process optimization, or a related field.
• Strong adaptability and creativity in problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with 4+ years of experience in process management, process execution, process optimization, or a related field.
• OR equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management Professional, Change Management (e.g., Prosci), and/or Agile methodologies.
• Project portfolio management experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated ability in change management and conflict resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
