The client is looking for a Project Manager in the IT Security space. The candidate should have experience working as a senior IT PM with IT/OT Security and Infrastructure experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage all aspects for project execution including discovery, schedule management, financial forecasting, prime contract compliance, progress reporting, & customer relations

Proactively manage multiple SCADA projects in terms of scope, identify critical variables, and devise execution and Contingency plans

Develop and maintain project documentation related to Project Planning, schedule & budgets, project risks, and lessons learned

Define project baseline, scope, resource allocation and deliverables

Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders

Managing multiple vendors involved in various projects.

Identify and assist with developing process improvements

Timely update of the PMO artifacts and documentation to make sure they are latest and greatest.

Desired Qualification/Experience

Strong experience managing multiple SCADA projects involving Network design, Infrastructure upgrades, application upgrades and implementing security requirements.

Working experience with managing regulatory requirements such as TSA, NERC CIP or any other Electric/gas industry regulations

Ability to write meaningful status reports, highlight the risks/actions and present them to the leadership

Technical Project Management experience

Strong knowledge of project management software and tools

Strong knowledge of budget and forecasts

Experience in managing the project risks and interdependencies

• PMP or equivalent Project management experience
