Job Description

IT Project Manager


Project:


  • The AI / Chat Bot platform is: “Replicant” – they might have their own PM
  • AI / Chat bot implementation


Day to Day:


  • Working with call center delivery manager
  • Requirements gathering from IT perspective
  • Translate buiz requirements into technology phase
  • Just implemented Planview (she’d need to report time / update project status FROM IT PERSPECTIVE in Planview)
  • Managing full SDLC
  • Whatever status IT needs to have bubbled up to delivery manager – responsible
  • Partner with Replicant PM
  • That Delivery Mgr (peer to Kyle Ferrio) will work with scrum team to make the bot actually work


Qualifications / requirements:


  • Great communicator
  • SDLC knowledge
  • Agile background / mentality
  • Need to be highly collaborative (replicant PM, Buiz PM, Delivery manager)
  • Experience with Call center / AI Chat bot implementation
  • Need someone tech savvy
  • “Know enough to be dangerous” / able to call BS on things
