Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager to join their team. Must have SAAS implementation background. Salesforce highly desired.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and manage issues/risks to the project delivery
  • Establish necessary Status Reporting mechanism; Provide necessary project updates to various stakeholders at various forums
  • Manage project dependencies, represent project in various cross-project forum
  • Establish engagement and operating model with various stakeholders (Business Analysts, Technology Architecture, QA, Infrastructure etc)
  • Establish project delivery plan and track progress & milestones
  • Actively plan various stages of project life-cycle from analysis to post production
  • Liaise with various up-stream systems for data sourcing and establish solution & design principles


What you will bring:

  • CSM or PMP certifications are desirable/preferred
  • Ability to travel, as needed
  • Expertise in using project management tools like Smartsheets, Lucid charts, Google Apps, MS Office etc
  • Desirable to have technical certification in Salesforce (Admin certified) or minimum 10K Trailhead points
  • Hands on experience in delivering / leading a project delivery
  • Hands on experience of various software delivery methodology like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc
  • Experience with Salesforce highly preferred
  • 5+ years relevant experience
