Job Title: Project Planner/Scheduler

Location: Winston-Salem, NC (hybrid)

Type: 12+ Months Contract to direct hire.

Education: bachelor’s degree Required

Experience: 4-6 years of experience required in Primavera P6 (specifically Earned Value Management) and Microsoft Project along with some experience in Deltek Cobra and SAP.

Executive Summary

The contractor will be integrated into the seating business scheduling team and assist with earned value management setup in P6, template building, layout creation in P6, and report creation. They will perform weekly schedule updates and attend scheduling meetings and workshops to gather requirements.

Contractors will need a background in complex scheduling within MS Project or P6 to support the earned value management initiative and provide earned value management reporting at a Value Stream and Executive management level.

Required Skill Sets:

• Proficient working with the following
• Cobra
• 5+ years Earned Value Management Experience
• BI Publisher
• At least 5+ years of scheduling experience in P6 (preferred) or Microsoft Project
• Primavera(P6)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred
• Microsoft Suite
• SAP

Soft skills/ Other Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
• Ability to adapt to changing situations, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to switch between tasks quickly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work EST hours
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
