Clinical Scheduler (Remote) ($16.00 - $20.00 / Hour)

As a Clinical Scheduler, you will play a vital role in coordinating staff and client schedules, ensuring the delivery of autism services to our clients. With a focus on customer service and organizational skills, you will contribute to the success of our team and make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff efficiency and contract fulfillment initiatives
• Communicate schedule changes to families and Behavior Interventionists and update systems accordingly
• Coordinate and maintain staff and client schedules for the delivery of autism services
• Arrange alternate coverage or work for Behavior Interventionists and manage PTO coverage
• Schedule make-up time to maximize contract fulfillment

General Office Support

• Respond to staff and client inquiries regarding scheduling
• Reconcile billing and payroll reports
• Answer scheduling questions and escalate issues as necessary

Meetings

• Attend regular meetings with the Clinical Services Scheduling Manager
• Participate in meetings with other departments as needed

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle heavy call volume
• Prior scheduling experience required, preferably in a healthcare or autism services setting
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of three years of customer service experience
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks
• Availability for overtime if required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities
