Responsibilities

• Schedule make-up time to maximize contract fulfillment
• Arrange alternate coverage and work for Behavior Interventionists
• Participate in staff efficiency and contract fulfillment initiatives
• Inform families and Behavior Interventionists of schedule changes
• Coordinate and maintain staff and client schedules for autism services

General Office Support

• Respond to staff and client inquiries regarding scheduling
• Reconcile billing and payroll reports
• Answer scheduling questions from clients and staff

Meetings

• Participate in meetings with other departments as needed
• Attend regular meetings with the Clinical Services Scheduling Manager

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Prior scheduling experience required, preferably in a healthcare or autism services setting
• Availability to work overtime if required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
• Excellent multitasking and prioritizing abilities
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Minimum of three years of customer service experience
