They specialize in Heavy Civil construction with a backlog far exceeding $1b, seeing them comfortably into 2027. Currently, they are seeking a Project Scheduler looking to grow alongside the expanding business unit, and imminently progress their career.

The Role

We are looking for a Project Scheduler that will provide daily support to one of the Mid-Atlantic's largest projects.

You will:

• Prepare preliminary construction schedules for estimating and proposals
• Develop schedule fragnets to support time extensions and impact delays for change orders and/or delays
• Participate in schedule review meetings
• Work with Project Managers and Engineers to identify adverse turned or schedule slippage and recommend corrective action
• Develop, maintain and update detailed resource loaded schedules for construction projects
• Support the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of project progress
• Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems
• Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on the progress of projects

Experience/Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Infrastructure construction (primarily Transit / Bridge)
• 4+ years’ experience in Scheduling.
• Demonstrate relevant experience in Oracle Primavera (P6)
• BS Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction or equivalent work experience in Heavy Civil construction.
