Responsibilities

• Update patient records and maintain protocol documentation to ensure compliance.
• Follow site-specific protocols and keep protocol documentation up to date.
• Review screening forms and verify patient and insurance information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Educate patients on exam, test, or procedure preparation and address any related questions to ensure the best possible customer service.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming phone calls and contacting patients to determine the appropriate exam, test, or procedure, and schedule patients accordingly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred

• Two years of experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Prior scheduling experience.
