Project Manager - Learning - Training And Development

Overview

This role is responsible for managing the projects that support the learning organization to help move the business forward and support the strategy. This position will work closely with the learning team members and business partners to ensure project requirements, deadlines and schedules are on track. As well as, define the project scope and understand the risks.

Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
• Solve issues that arise.
• Provide timely updates and feedback on project status.
• Plan and develop projects from end to end.
• Evaluate current processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement that support the learning strategy.
• Provide recommendations to standardize and improve processes.
• Monitor project progression and evaluate performance.
• Manage a variety of learning initiatives and projects.
• Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
• Define and document standardization in processes.
• Collaborate with key business partners to support project objectives.
• Provide insights regarding the change efforts across the organization.
• Facilitate change requests to ensure all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in project management
• Experience with planning, directing, and coordinating
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required
• Microsoft Office applications
• Project Management Profession (PMP) is recommended

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the project manager to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
