Remote Learning And Development Specialist

  • Remote Permanent Full-Time Position
  • Manufacturing Industry experience
  • ISO 9000 or TL9000 experience


Responsibilities:

  • Designing training programs
  • Leadership development sessions
  • Developing instructional materials
  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
  • Implement training and development plans


Qualifications:

  • Team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ISO 9000 or TL9000 experience
  • Bachelor's in Business or relevant field
  • Manufacturing Industry experience
  • New Hire Program implementation
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Previous working experience in Learning and Development
