Learning And Development Specialist

Pay Rate: $25-$30

Monday - Friday

9:00am -5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Oversee reporting and data analytics for onboarding paths, compliance courses, and training.
• Maintain and update job aids, guidelines, and learning materials.
• Manage performance goals and updates in relevant systems.
• Collaborate with departments to develop and update content in courses and learning paths.
• Manage LMS technology and ADP Performance Dashboard Platforms.
• Assist in onboarding check-ins and talent performance reviews.
• Handle backend management tasks in the LMS.
• Administer surveys and analyze results.
• Support all departments with their learning and development needs.
• Assist with data feed and syncing processes.
• Provide Tier 1 customer service support to team members.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing LMS technology and ADP Performance Dashboard Platforms.
• Good technical skills and data analysis abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Good customer service orientation.
• Driven individual with a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable and willing to interact with a diverse range of individuals.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with surveys and feedback processes.
• Understanding of onboarding and performance review procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
