Responsibilities

• Responsible for Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Presents reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Manages project resource allocation
• Assembles and coordinates project staff
• Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Defines project tasks and resource requirements
• Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Leads the planning and implementation of project
• Constantly monitors and reports on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Develops full scale project plans
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals
• Responsible for Quality Assurance
• Plans and schedules project timelines
• Tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Provides direction and support to project team

Qualifications

Required Education and Work Experience

• 10+ years of direct work experience in a Project Management capacity
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven work experience with People Management, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, and Change Management

Compensation

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $99,999 - $129,999. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
