Medical Education Manager (Temporary)

**This is a temporary position**
Medical Education Manager works independently, while leading, facilitating, and organizing training programs both for customers and sales, and works closely with the Director, Medical Education on other training coordination efforts within the department.
Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration, hotel arrangements, catering, transportation, and documentation of medical education events.
• Organize and facilitate various company training including agenda creation, scheduling, speaker coordination and implementation of activities.
• Develop clinically based e-learning curriculum for four Phased Clinical and Sales Training programs.
• Manage program or event budget.
• Facilitation of in person and hands-on learning experiences.
• Collaborate with commercial team to ensure strategy alignment and consistency in messaging with education activities.
• Other duties assigned, as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or comparable work experience.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to strategically manage evolving priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales training/medical education.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage project with defined timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to create, refine and implement medical education programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.

The base pay range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000. A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
